How often are Local Insight reports updated ?

User permissions note:

  • Only Group Admin and Power Users can request updated reports.
  • Reports do not automatically update when new data is added or updated in Local Insight. To see the latest data in a report for your custom area you must request an updated report.

Data updates in Local Insight:

  • The report templates are updated monthly. For example, every month the Universal Credit data published by the Department for Work and Pensions is updated (this data is published monthly). To see the latest data in a Local Insight report, request an updated report.

Managing reports in Local Insight:

  • You may want to keep all of the historic versions of your reports available on Local Insight. The reports will all be dated. Alternatively, you can download copies of your historic reports and then delete them from Local Insight.
