You can create areas in Local Insight by selecting from a list of standard areas. This includes; Lower layer Super Output Area (LSOA), Middle layer Super Output Area (MSOA) and Local Authorities (LA). This does not include Output Areas (OAs)
If you would like to create a custom area based on a list of OA codes then email support@ocsi.co.uk with a list of the codes you would like set up and a name for that custom area.
