Exporting information on site usage

User Permissions note:

Only Group Admin users have the ability to download usage statistics

If you would like to know how often Local Insight is being used within your organisation you can download the site usage statistics.

The information you can download covers: 

• Contact details
• Date joined
• Date of the last login
• Total number of logins
• User permission levels

To download the site usage statistics: 

1. Navigate to the Group Admin tab and click Manage Users. 
2. At the top is a blue button Download user history. Press this button to export a CSV containing your group’s usage statistics.
