Please note only Group Admin users have the ability to edit other users
To edit another user’s account information or change their user permissions:
- Navigate to the Group Admin tab and click Manage Users.
- Click edit next to the user(s) you would like to edit.
This will open up that user’s account profile where you will be able to change their account information and user permissions.
To increase or decrease their user permissions,(un)check the following boxes View Reports, Power User and Group Administrator.
